Is Microsoft down? The issues with Teams, Outlook and Office 365 … – iNews

Microsoft is experiencing issues with multiple of its 365 services this morning, with users unable to access emails, video chat and shared documents.

The global outage, which has been logged by thousands of people on Down Detector, appeared to start shortly before 7am.

It is having a significant effect on businesses that rely on Microsoft 365 for everyday function.

Microsoft is aware of the issue. It says it has received reports the following services are affected:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Exchange Online
  • Outlook
  • SharePoint Online
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Microsoft Graph

Xbox Live is also experiencing problems.

The Microsoft 365 status page says: “We’ve identified a potential networking issue and are reviewing telemetry to determine the next troubleshooting steps.

“Any user serviced by the affected infrastructure may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.”
