TOKYO — Trouble hit multiple services of Microsoft Corp.’s business software Office 365, the company announced on Jan. 25.
The online business communication platform Microsoft Teams was also affected, with disruptions seen in Japan. The extent of affected areas and cause of the service disruption remained unknown. At 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 25, Microsoft Corp. released the comment, “We are currently examining the cause.”
